In addition to link shortening and polls, imup.cc now offers a free form builder. A simple yet powerful tool for customer feedback, event registrations, surveys, or any data collection need.

Why imup.cc Forms?

  • No registration required: Create forms anonymously (time-limited).
  • Encrypted data storage: Responses are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
  • IP-protected results: Only you (from the IP that created the form) can view results.
  • CSV export: Download responses in Excel-compatible format with one click.
  • Duplicate prevention: Optionally block multiple submissions from the same device.
  • Unique fields: Prevent duplicate values in fields like email.

Form Creation Steps

  1. Click "Form" or "Create Form" on the main page.
  2. Enter title and description.
  3. Add fields: Select field type from the left panel; it is added to the form editor.
  4. Form options:
    • Prevent multiple submissions: Only one response per device (IP + browser hash).
  5. Field options: For each field you can mark Required or Unique.
  6. Schedule (optional): Set start and end dates.
  7. Click Create.

Share your form link; the results link is only accessible from your IP.

Viewing Responses

On the results page:

  • All responses are listed in a table.
  • Use Download CSV to get an Excel-compatible file.
  • Keep the results link private; IP match is required.

Security Features

  1. Encrypted Storage: Form responses are stored encrypted in the database. Raw data cannot be read even with database access.
  2. IP Protection: Results can only be viewed from the IP address that created the form.
  3. Duplicate Prevention: Optional; second response from same IP + User-Agent is rejected.
  4. Unique Fields: Same value cannot be submitted twice for fields like email or username.
